JCH Advisory Services provides financial and governance expertise tailored for your specific requirements.  The broad range of advisory services can be by way of leading or support for specific projects assignments, interim executive roles, ongoing advice or specific reports on particular matters.

 

The Principal Advisor has held senior executive roles for more than 35 years reporting to the CEO and/or Board of Directors with ASX listed companies, unlisted public and private companies.  He brings a wide range of industry experience (financial services, technology, mining services) responsible for finance, investment/treasury, risk management, customer services, operations, legal, human resources, marketing, business development and IT.  This included as secretary responsible for preparing Annual Reports (Chairman’s Report, Directors’ Report, audited Financial Statements), Board and Committee charters (Audit & Risk, Remuneration and Nomination, Investment), as well as attendance at these Committee meetings.

 

He has had the lead role and/or participated in strategic reviews, acquisitions/divestments, IPOs and capital raisings, debt financing, and been a sponsor or Steering Committee member for major projects including regulatory/governance projects (IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, Basel II, CLERP 9, ASIC/APRA/SEC undertakings), ERP selection/implementation, process/procedure re-design andorganisation restructure.

 

He has a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and was a member of the Canadian and Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants for more than 40 years.

 

His recent experience was as the CFO of PPK Group Limited (ASX: PPK) for 6 years and CFO/Company Secretary of its subsidiaries including Li-S Energy Limited (ASX: LIS), 4 unlisted public companies and multiple number of operating companies.  He also had a senior role in AMP’s demutualisation, it’s ASX listing, the $4 billion acquisition of GIO and became the CFO for GIO, Australia’s 2nd largest general insurance company.
